Update the readme to include a mention of refinerycms-blog support

Removed not needed command from instructions when installing engine. This is not necessary for Refinery 2.0.0

Fix silly mistake, not passing form reference to new partials. This engine needs specs/features. Closes GH-7

Preliminary support for captions on the page images relationship. Not working for adding yet, only updating.

updated install instructions for those having trouble with the Refinery version as it requires edge right now.
