Added config options for url, css_class and preview_type
Added preview_link method to photo model. Will either use the provided ext_type or the preview_type in the database. If there is an exception this will be catched and the version :error_wrong_preview_version will be delivered.

Added preview_link method to photo model. Will either use the provided ext_type or the preview_type in the database. If there is an exception this will be catched and the version :error_wrong_preview_version will be delivered.

Added an url field for photo which, if specified, will be used for the link_to call. Thus we can now statically link an image to a specific url, eg. picture links to blog entry.

you are redirected to albums#index instead of collection#index is not bug. If you are on albums#index and you click to create collecton, you are redirected to albums#index. If you are on collections#index and you click create collection, you are redirected to collections#index

fix issue #3 by changing around_filter to before_filter. This still isn't best solution for those, who need custom ajax in PageController#show.
